Visiting the clinic
Where exactly is the clinic?
Ground floor of Vasavi MPM Grand, right beside Ameerpet Metro Station — look for pillar A-1062. Level entry all the way in — no stairs.
What are your timings?
Monday to Saturday, 10 am–1 pm and 5–8 pm. Sunday, 10 am–12 noon. For emergencies outside these hours, call or WhatsApp and we will call back as soon as we open.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are seen when a chair is free, but an appointment guarantees your time. Booking takes thirty seconds on this site and our front desk confirms personally.
Treatments
Is a root canal painful?
Modern RCT is done under local anaesthesia and most patients describe it as no worse than a filling. The pain people fear is the infection — treatment is what ends it.
Why does the clinic having its own CBCT matter?
Implants and complex work should be planned on 3D imaging of your own anatomy. Having the scanner in-house means same-visit diagnosis and no running across town with referral slips.
How long do implants take?
Typically two phases a few months apart: placement, then the final tooth once the implant has integrated. You get a written timeline for your specific case after the 3D scan.
Appointments & payments
How do online bookings work?
You send a request with your preferred day and time band. We call or WhatsApp to confirm the exact slot. No payment is taken online.
Do you show prices on the website?
No — deliberately. Every case is different, so every quote is personal. You will always receive the full cost of a treatment plan, in writing, before anything begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI and cards. For larger treatment plans, ask the front desk about staged payments aligned to treatment stages.
Children
At what age should my child first see a dentist?
Around the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth. Early visits are short, friendly and mostly about making the dentist a normal, unscary place.
Will my child be scared?
Cabin 1 — the pink room — was designed for exactly this. First visits are unhurried: a ride in the chair, counting teeth, and going home proud. Treatment starts only when your child is comfortable.
